This End User License Agreement is an agreement between you and Dai Foldes. This Agreement governs the terms of use for the Font Software and the design of the Fonts embodied therein (collectively, “Fonts”, “Font Software”) together with any media, printed materials, electronic documentation, updates, add-ons, artwork, web services and any other material that may be associated with the product now or in the future. This Agreement becomes effective when you “accept the license agreement,” or when you access the compressed electronic file in which the Fonts are contained. If you do not wish to enter into this Agreement, do not purchase, access, download, install or otherwise use the Font Software.
Upon payment, the fonts will be transmitted to you in the PostScript-flavored OpenType format (.otf). This License grants usage of the Fonts to 1‒5 users within your organization and at 1 location. You may not use the fonts in any standalone software packages, such as iOS or Android applications, without the purchase of supplemental dynamic embedding licensing. You may not use the Fonts with any web font replacement technologies without the purchase of supplemental web font licensing. You may use the Fonts to create static images from a human-operated workstation for use on websites.
You may not distribute the Fonts or transfer this license to people outside of your organization. You may provide the licensed Fonts to a graphic designer, web designer, software designer, printer or other service bureau that is working on your behalf only if they represent that they will use the Fonts exclusively for your work, agree to the terms of this License, and retain no copies of the Fonts on completion of the work. You may not provide the Fonts or make it them accessible to any third parties not described above.
You may embed the licensed Fonts only in a secure format that permits only viewing and printing. Other embedding or uses of the Fonts or their outlines in any method which permits the modifying or extraction of the Font Software is expressly prohibited.
You may import characters from the licensed Fonts as graphical objects into a drawing program and modify such graphical objects. You may not convert the licensed Fonts to any format. You may not edit the Fonts in font editing software and generate new fonts.
This license expressly prohibits the use of the Font Software in the creation of alphabet or letterform-related products for resale or letterform creation products or devices. Letterform-related products include but are not limited to signage and/or scrapbooking uses involving reproduction of individual letterforms such as house numbers or rub-on letters. Letterform creation products include but are not limited to rubber stamps, stencil sets, adhesive alphabet letters, or any other product that owes an essential portion of its value or appeal to the Fonts, their artistic or graphic merit rather than the communicational content or other characteristics of the product.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Fonts, you expressly agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, do not purchase, access, download, install, or use the Font Software.
Upon payment, the Fonts will be transmitted to you in the Web Open Font Format (.woff). This License grants you usage of the Fonts for styling text via the CSS @font-face rule for the second-level domain name specified on your sales receipt. You may use the Fonts on any number of sub-domains and top-level domains of the second-level domain name licensed. You may not use the fonts in any standalone software packages, such as iOS or Android applications, without the purchase of supplemental dynamic embedding licensing. By using the Fonts, you agree to exercise reasonable care to avoid unauthorized distribution of the Font Software.
You may not distribute the Fonts or transfer this license to third parties. If you are using the Font Software for the creation of a third party website, you or the third party must purchase appropriate licenses and ensure that all domains are properly licensed. You may not use the Webfonts as a tool or resource for third parties to create customized products or documents. Any process, technique, or device such as hot-linking, re-serving, or re-directing, that allows access to the Font Software by unlicensed parties is strictly prohibited.
You may not embed the Fonts in software, hardware, digital documents, applications, or any other form without supplemental licensing.
You may not modify, adapt, translate, convert, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or alter the Webfonts or the designs embodied therein. You may not edit the Fonts in font editing software and generate new fonts.
